Outlaw Team Philosophy

Every player on the Small Town Outlaws, whether rostered, un-rostered, or fresh meat, will strive to be the best they can be both on and off the track. Although we act as individuals, the Outlaws will function as a team. Our primary objective is to build a unified, unselfish team of players that know each other well and are comfortable on the track together. This means that every member of the team will come to practice with the desire to improve as a team.

On the track we will play as hard and as smart as possible. Off the track, the Outlaws will act like champions, win or lose. This means that off the track, we will display tremendous sportswomanship despite anything that goes right or wrong on the track.

A hard hitting, strong defense is the winning strategy for the Outlaws. We will set the tone of the game with our disciplined defense, and we will put points on the board with speedy, intelligent and strategic jammers.

We will work hard as a team, we will win as a team, we will lose as a team.
